        The meeting No.15/AM-14 for the licensing year 2013-14 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings Nos.14/AM-14, dated 04.07.2013 were taken for ratification. As there were no amendments to the same, the above referred minutes of 04.07.2013 were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.15/AM-14 dated 11.07.2013 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-

Accordingly, the Committee after deliberations decided to ask the applicant firm to make available the above information/details for consideration of the proposal. The case stands for re-listing on 08.08.2013.
