PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 105 /2023 Sub: Cancellation of LUT BOND/BG in respect of DEEC/ Advance Authorisations-reg.
DEEC/ Advance Authorization Holders are required to submit proof of fulfillment of export obligation within the stipulated time in the form of Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC). The details of DEEC/ Advance Authorizations, where export obligation period is over between 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2022 but the EODC has not been submitted as per this office records, is annexed to this Public Notice as Annexure-A.

The DEEC/ Advance Authorisation Holders, as detailed in Annexure A, are
hereby requested to submit the documents as under to the EPSMMC Cell, 7th Floor, JNCH, Nhava-Sheva, immediately for cancellation of LUT BONDs/ BGs: a. EODC/Redemption Letter /Regularization Letter b. ANF 4F duly certified by Chartered Accountant c. License along with duty debit sheet (wherever applicable) d. Copy of S/Bs (ARE-1 in case of deemed exports) e. Bank Realization Certificate f.

In respect of cases where EODC has not been received from respective Regional Authority (RA) of DGFT although Export Obligation Period is over, DEEC/ Advance Authorisation Holders are requested to regularize their licenses either by submitting EODC/Redemption Letter/ Regularization Letter failing which appropriate action for recovery of government dues shall be initiated as per provisions of Customs Act, 1962. 4. In case the Authorisation Holder feels that they have already submitted the EODC, but the Bond/BG has not yet been cancelled; or if their Bond/BG has already been cancelled, such DEEC/ Advance Authorization Holders are requested to submit proof of the same. - The bonds submitted against the above said DEEC/ Advance authorizations in TSK/JNCH shall be forwarded to EPSMMC/ JNCH for placing in concerned file for closure/disposal of respective Authorization.
