Sub: Amnesty Scheme for One Time Settlement of Default in Export Obligation by Advance Authorization and EPCG license Holders-reg.

Attention of the Importers/Ixporters holding Licenses under EPCG and Advance Authorizations and Custom House Brokers is invited to the Public Notice No. 76/2023 dated 05.09.2023, 47/2023 dated 25.05.2023 issued by this Customs House and Public Notice No. 02/2023 dated 01.04.2023 and 07/2023 dated 18.04.2023 issued by DGFT, New Delhi.

2. The Advance Authorization and EPCG License Holders as mentioned in Annexure “A” (whose Export Obligation Period mentioned against their authorizations is over and the EODC/Redemption Certificate has not yet been submitted) are hereby advised to avail the benefit of the Amnesty Scheme, if eligible for the same under the above mentioned Public Notices.
