Subject: Implementation of Export Transhipment (ETP) Module for movement of export cargo from J.N. Port to gateway port (through vessel) in ICES-reg.

Kind attention of the Exporters/Customs Brokers and the trade is invited to Public Notice No. 76/2018 dated 10.05.2018 issued by JNCH, wherein, a detailed procedure for Export Transhipment (ETP) of export goods from Port/CFS’s to Mumbai Port (Gateway Port) was enumerated.

2. The procedure as enumerated in Public Notice No. 76/2018 dated 10.05.2018 issued by JNCH will also be followed in respect of Export Transhipment (ETP) of export goods from port/CFS’s of JNPA sea port (INNSA1) to Kattupalli gateway port (INKAT1) through vessel. 3. This Public Notice will be effective from 15.11.2023. 4. Any difficulties in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of System manager, JNCH, Nhava Sheva & Additional Commissioner of Customs, SCMTR Cell, JNCH.
