PUBLIC NOTICE NO.% /2023

Sub: Query reply pending with Exporters/IEC Holders against the Drawback Shipping Bills - reg. It has been observed that number of Shipping Bills (Under Drawback Scheme) filed through EDI System by various exporters are pending in "Exporter Query" queue. A list of those Shipping Bills pending for query reply is enclosed/uploaded with this Public Notice as AnnexureA. The queries raised by the departmental officers to the exporters at the time ofonline processing of Shipping Bills are to be replied and get the query resolved by the concerned Exporters/IEC Holders. Due to the non-submission of a query reply by the exporter, export incentives (if any) of such Shipping Bill will not be disbursed. 2. Therefore, all the stakeholders are hereby requested to go through the above-mentioned Annexure-A and submit proper reply, to the queries raised by the departmental officers. This will enable processing ofthe said Shipping Bills and allow exporters to avail export incentives/benefits accordingly. 3. Any difficulty noticed in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
