During the meeting on 30.03.2017, the firm showed the technical transfer agreement of Kinovate Life Sciences (DOC No. KLSPR RPT 15002 dt.21.09.2015) and the data of various experiments showed that actual notes of item in the export product is 50% of theoretical amount loaded. The Norms Committee cancel the earlier decision which was taken in meeting No.4/83 held on 25.05.2016, and decided to allow the imported inputs as applied for by the firm.
