NC No.2/15 Dated 23.4.2014 (25.4.2014) M/ s  Banco Products (I) Ltd,  F.No.01/83/50/008/AM09/DES-IV RLA F.No. 34/24/040/00063/AM05 Lic.No.3410011281 dated 23.8.2004     The Committee considered the case as per agenda and observed that the firm had sought import of three items and NC while considering the case earlier, had allowed import of only two items   After detailed deliberations and in light of   written recommendation of  DIPP vide their U.O.No.7/289/2012-TSW/196    dated 18.10.2013, Committee  decided  to allow  import of  3rd  item  to read as Toluene Liquid (Nitration Grade) to the extent of 0.75 Kg per Kg of export product with any other change in the decision taken earlier by NC-III  in its M.No.40/05 dated 9.2.2005.     It is an old case and the above norms are only for regularization purpose.  As the license has already expired, no further imports and exports will be allowed under this license. RA concerned may take necessary action under para 4.7 of HBP as per above decision of NORMS COMMITTEE.             Case No M-10 NC No.2/15 Dated 23.4.2014 (25.4.2014) M/ s  Micro Inks Ltd, Mumbai  F.No.01/83/162/813/AM11/DES-IV RLA F.No. 03/95/40/793/AM11 Lic.No.0310633179 dated 27.5.2011     The Committee considered the case as per agenda and noted that the case was approved in M.No.48/11 dated 2.3.2011(held on 4.3.2011) allowing export as under.    ‘Pumpable Orange 34 Flush for Printing Ink (29 + 2% pigment and 41 + 2% solid resin)’   But during export the firm has mentioned the same description i.e. ‘Pumpable Orange 34 Flush for Printing Ink (29 + 2% pigment and 41 + 2% solid resin)’ alongwith their products Sub codes in the shipping bill.  RLA referred the matter for clarification to DGFT saying that firm has mentioned the Export Product HUH103412/140011 pigment orange : base 11568 in few of the shipping bills and submitted the documents for redemption.

The Technical Authority, DIPP has clarified that the description of export product given in the shipping bill is exactly same as approved by norms committee.   However, they have indicated the product sub codes which does not alter the export product.  They have  further mentioned that due to mention of products sub-codes by the firm in the shipping bills along with exports description, confusion is created at RLA.  They have no objection for acceptance of description of export product in shipping bills for redemption purposes.     After detailed deliberations and in light written recommendation forwarded by  DIPP vide their U.O.No.7/20/2014-TSW/64    dated 15.4.2014, Committee decided to clarify RA that the description of export product and the description indicated by the firm in the shipping bills are in order.     RA concerned may take necessary action under para 4.7 of HBP as per above decision of NORMS COMMITTEE.             Case No M-11 NC No.2/15 Dated 23.4.2014 (25.4.2014) M/ s  Apar Industries ltd, M/s Raj Petro Specialities Ltd, M/s Savita Oil echnologies Ltd, Mumbai  F.No.01/83/171/182/AM14/DES-IV       The Committee considered the case as per agenda.  Committee noted that Deptt. of C&PC(PC-Div.) vide letter dated 10-03-2014 have furnished their comments and it is  decided to process the case on file for minor amendment in the item of import against SIONs No.A-3383,A3385, A3386,A3387 and A3388.       Case No M-12 NC No.2/15 Dated 23.4.2014 (25.4.2014) M/ s  Dorf Ketal Chemical (I) Pvt.
