Attention of all the concerned Advance License holders is invited to Public Notice No 11/2011, dated 10.02.2011. The DEEC Monitoring Cell is in receipt of 544 EODCs under the Authorization Scheme. Out of these EODCs, thirty-nine (31) cases have been selected for detailed verification, as follows:

- Ill. DEEC License along with duty debit speech IV. Copy of S/Bs (ARE-1 in case deemed exports) V. Bank Realization Certificate 

- VI. In case third party export (documents as per FTP 2015-20) 

- VII. Other relevant documents submitted to DGFT. 

The Bond and Bank Guarantee will be released after the submission of original documents, as detailed above. 

It is hereby informed that the bond submitted against the above said advance authorization in TSK/JNCH shall be forwarded to DMC, JNCH for placing in concerned file for closure/disposal of advance authorization. 

This issues with the approval of Commissioner of Customs, N.S.-II, JNCH.
