Subject: Corrigendum in respect of cases M/s Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited mentioned at Case No. 204 of Minutes of Norms Committee-III Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Mar/202223/22 dated 24/03/2023 and Case No. 175 of Minutes of Norms’ Committee-Ill meeting No. ~NC/3/MEET/Mar/202223/24 dated 13/04/2023 for correction in the UOM (Unit of Measurement) of Export Product in respect of ad-hoc norms fixed against Advance Authorization No. 0511015792 ‘dated 14/11/2022 and 0511013234 dated 15/06/2022. | Norms Committee- conducted Meeting No.NC/3/MEET/Jun/202324/06 dated 14/06/2023 under the Chairmanship of Shri Rajiv Kumar Soni, Joint DGFT.
