Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and taking cue from the earlier decision for same export product/import product in meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Jun/202324/6 dated 14/06/2023 against above four Advance Authorizations; it was decided to fix ad-hoc norms under Para 4.07 of HBP Vol. | as per details given below or as applied by the firm, whichever is less:-

RA concerned may take further necessary action as per above decision of NC. 2. It is now observed that export product inadvertently mentioned as “YAPOX LM 30/10” instead of “YAPOX CL 30/10”. Subsequently norms were fixed in NC-II| Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Jun/202324/6 dated 14.06.2023 and Minutes were also uploaded on DGFT website.

3. In view of above, in consultation with Technical expert and approval of ChairmanNC-IIl, it has been decided to correct description of export product against four Advance Authorizations. The details are as under:
