The Norms Committee has taken decision only with respect to technical aspect/ wastage norms. While redeeming the application, RAs should check that the applicant has fulfilled all requirements as prescribed in policy/procedure including those in policy circulars issued from time to time or any other provisions under FTP/HBP for issuance of Advance Authorization and regularization of the case.

| Decision:<br>The Committee considered the request of firm and it was decided to call for following information<br>/ documents from the firm:<br>(i)<br>Reason for not fixing the adhoc norms from the DC (SEEPZ), when the LOP was<br>granted on dt. 22.03.2004.<br>(ii)<br>A copy of original LOP granted on dated 2004 to the firm and amended thereof, if<br>any.<br>(iii)<br>Reason for filing Udyog Aadhar Registration for MSME, which is required for<br>domestic sale.<br>(iv)<br>Commercial value of By-product obtained during manufacturing the main product<br>alongwith supporting documents with invoices etc.<br>(v)<br>Complete justification for claimed wastage of 62% for the raw materials.<br>(vi)<br>Production / Consumption data for last five years duly authenticated by DC<br>(SEEPZ). |
