Subject: Corrigendum in respect of Cases of M/s ASCENT FINECHEM PRIVATE LIMITED mentioned at SL No. 1/NC/3/MEET/Sep/202223/7, 3/NC/3/MEET/Sep/202223/7 and 4/NC/3/MEET/Sep/202223/7 of Minutes of Norms Committee-III Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Sep/202223/7 dated 16/09/2022 for enhancement in the quantity of import item in respect of adhoc norms fixed against Advance Authorization No. 0810127686 dated 03.01.2014, 0810134800 dated 13.03.2015 and 0810138218 dated 28.06.2016

Norms Committee-3 conducted Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Oct/202223/10 on 20.10.2022 under the Chairmanship of Shri Rajiv Kumar Soni, Jt. DGFT. While going through the Minutes of its earlier Meeting No. NC/3/MEET/Sep/202223/7 dated 16/09/2022, it was observed that NC-3 had inadvertently enhanced the quantity of import item No. 2 ACETONE (COLORLESS LIQUID) from 0.802 kg to 1.50 kg in respect following cases of M/s Ascent Finechem Private Limited:
