In respect of Case No. 73/3/82-A1L,C 4/2020 mentioned at SL No. 269 of Minutes of Norms Committee —H] Meeting No. 5/82-AL€ 4/2020 dated 07.08.2020, following norms were ratified for Advance Licence No. 0910068994 dated 23.07.2020 issued to Si/s Shree Jaya Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.;

2 it is now observed that the Technical Expert has inadvertently recommended wrong quantities against import item No. 2? (CHLOROFORM) and import item No. 3 (METHYL ACETOACETAE) in above case Subsequently, norms were ratified in Norms Committee — Il Meeting No. 3/82-ALC4/2020 dated 07.08.2020 and Minutes were also uploaded on DGFT W ebsite. 3 In view of above. in consultation with Technical Expert and approval of Chairman, Norms Committee — III, it has been decided to revise the adhec norms with respect to Advance Licence No. 0910068994 dated 23.07.2020 as under:
