Meeting No. 21/82/2015 of 2015-16, to consider the cases/issues under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 pertaining to Chemical and Allied products and falling under Chapter 29 and 30, held on 22.03.2016 under the Chairmanship of Dr. S.K. Bansal, Jt. DGFT in Room No.107, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

The Committee considered the representation of the firm, objection raised by Jt.DGFT, Vadodara for miss-interpretation of product description for EODC. There are 65000 vials, each containing 500mg Vancomycin as per shipping bill i.e. even on net to net basis, the entitlement of Vancomycin is 32.5 Kg.
