4. The first shift of officer will be started at 9 AM to 5 PM and the second shift of officers will start from 1 PM to 9 PM.

5: In view of the above, DC/ AC Export Docks have to ensure that:

i. All shipping bills are allowed for registration from 9 AM to 8 PM.

ii. Suitable number of officers are available in each shift.

6. Difficulty, if any may also be brought to the notice of Deputy / Assistant Commissioner in charge of Appraising Main (Export) through email / phones (email address: apmainexp@jawaharcustoms.gov.in ).
