Subject: Special Drive for finalization of pending Provisional Assessment.

Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House has taken a number of measures for creating an environment of seamless import and export processes from this Port and in this direction, this Custom House is launching a Special Drive for the finalization of pending provisional assessments which are pending due to various reasons, including Test Reports, SVB Investigations or any other reason. The Special Drive shall be for the period starting from 21.02.2023 to 07.03.2023. The importers are requested to submit their requests for finalization of the pending provisional assessment at the Customs Facilitation Centre (CFC) located on the ground floor of the JNCH building in the following format along with the necessary documents:

The Importer/Customs Broker shall be provided with an acknowledgement by the CFC having a Receipt Number and Date. The status of all such requests received during the Special Drive will be uploaded on the JNCH website jawaharcustoms.gov.in on every Monday.
