Commi掀�ee, therefore, decided to delete condi捀�on regarding obtaining NOC from NCB for import of Papavarine/Noscapine Crude.

The firm is reported to have made exports of 389380 Nos. of Rimactance Capsules (300 mg.) by u捀�lizing 119.15 kg (389380X300/1000000X1.02 (wastage)) of import material including wastage. The excess material, if any, imported has to be regularized as per the policy provisions. Commi掀�ee decided to forward a copy of minutes to PC‐IV for Policy Relaxa捀�on on merits. The above decision may be forwarded to PC‐IV for taking necessary ac捀�on.
