under Customs Brokers Licensing Regulation - 2018 (as amended) – reg.

Madam/Sir,

    स म ाधकार क वीकृत से और सीमा शु क दलाल लाइस$%संग (वनयम (सीबीएलआर), 2018 (संशोधत 5प म$) के (वनयम 6 के अनुसार, यह अधसूचत <कया जाता है <क सीबीएलआर (वनयम 6 (एफ-Aेणी) पर ा, 2026, एनएसीआईएन Dवारा 17.03.2026 को भारत भर म$ ना%मत पर ा क$ IJ पर आयोिजत क जाएगी

  With the approval of the Competent Authority and in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations (CBLR), 2018 (as amended), it is hereby noti)ied that the CBLR Regulation 6 (F-Category) Exam, 2026, shall be conducted by NACIN on 17.03.2026 at designated examination centers across India.

.2%लLखत पर ा कंNयूटर आधाPरत पर ा (सीबीट) होगी, िजसक अवध ढाई घंटे (10:30 बजे से 13:00 बजे तक) होगी और इसम$ 150 बहु(वक पीय Uन (एमसीVयू) हJगे। Uन अंXेजी और Yहंद दोनJ भाषाओं म$ हJगे।

    The written examination will be a Computer-Based Examination (CBT) of 2½ hours (10:30 hrs to 13:00 hrs) with 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).Questions will be bilingual in English and Hindi.

4.  पाaयbम वह रहेगा जो सीबीएलआर, 2018 के (वनयम 6(7) के अंतग\त नधा\Pरत है। %लLखत पर ा उ^तीण\ करने वाले उcमीदवारJ को मौLखक पर ा म$ शा%मल होना होगा। सफल उcमीदवारJ को मौLखक पर ा के %लए बुलाया जाएगा, िजसक सूचना अलग से भेजी जाएगी। मौLखक पर ा जून 2026 म$ आयोिजत क जाएगी। मौLखक पर ा म$ उ^तीण\ होने के %लए आवUयक तशत अंक 60% हJगे।

   The syllabus shall remain the same as prescribed under Regulation 6(7) of the CBLR, 2018. Candidates qualifying the written examination shall be required to appear for the oral examination. Successful candidates will be called for an oral examination for which separate communication will be sent. The oral examination will be held in June 2026. The pass percentage marks for qualifying in the oral examination will be 60%.

5. एड%मट काड\ पर ा तथ से काफ पहले www.nacin.gov.in पर पर ा → सीमा शु क hोकर → अiयास पर ण के तहत उपलjध करा Yदए जाएंगे। अiयथ\यJ को ईमेल से भी सूचत <कया जाएगा. उसी पोट\ल पर एक डमी टेट पेपर भी होट <कया जाएगा।

Admit Cards will be made available well before the examination date on www.nacin.gov.in under Examination → Customs Broker → Practice Test. Candidates will also be informed by email.
