       NOTICE INVITED TENDER

The Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Customs Commissionerate, Mundra Port, Kutch, Gujarat invites sealed tenders/quotations from Authorized Plastic Recycler approved by SPCB and CPCB authority for Recycler of Plastic goods. The details of the cargo to be disposed of are as under: Sr. No Cargo Description Quantity CFS Name 1 Plastic Regrind & Plastic Recycled Granules 25255 Kgs M/s. Saurashtra Freight Pvt Ltd.

Interested bidders have to submit their bids (Technical and financial) in two separate sealed cover in prescribed format as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B on or before 28.01.2026, 5:30 PM. The bids received will be opened on 29.01.2026, in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Disposal), Custom House Mundra in presence of independent witness.

NOTE

1.     All the sealed tenders shall be super-scribed with the details given below, and
   

tenders that are not so super-scribed, are liable to rejection without opening. Sealed tender for lot no. (‘item name’ can also be given but not necessary.)

2.     No bid shall be made through email. Any bidder who submits a bid through email
   

shall not be considered in the tendering process, irrespective of whether the same bid has been submitted by sealed tender or not.

Terms and Condition

1. The cargo can be inspected at the designated CFS/Port location with prior permission.

2. Tender is strictly on “As is where is basis”.

3. Valid CPCB and SPCB licence of the Recycler of the plastic.

4. Bidders must assess the cargo before quoting. No claims will be entertained after bid opening.

5. Bids received within the due date & time only will be entertained.

7. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assess the items properly before quoting the rate. No further claims will be entertained after opening of the bids.

8. GST at applicable rate and all applicable duties/taxes are to be borne by the successful bidder.

9. The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount within 03 days from receipt of acceptance letter.

10. Lifting of the cargo must be completed strictly within the period specified in the acceptance letter.

11. No enquiry of bidders shall be entertained once the material is lifted by them.

12. This office also reserves the right to accept/reject the offer or cancel the whole tender proceedings without assigning any reason. The decision of this office will be final and binding on the bidder(s).

The successful bidder has to submit the original Pass book for entry of the said Plastic goods and must submit the Completion certificate after the successful destruction of the Cargo.
