Examination, 2025 – reg. It is hereby brought to the notice of all concerned that an Additional Written Examination for the Customs Brokers Licensing Examination, 2025, under Regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations (CBLR), 2018 (as amended), will be conducted, as a special measure, on 16.12.2025 at designated examination centres across India. 2. The examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be answered within 2½ hours (10:30 hrs to 13:00 hrs). The total marks for the written examination will be 450, with a prescribed marking scheme of +3 for each correct answer and –1 for each incorrect answer. The minimum qualifying marks are 270 (60%). Candidates qualifying in the written examination shall be required to appear for the subsequent oral examination, for which separate communication will be issued by NACIN. Questions will be bilingual, presented in both English and Hindi. 3. The syllabus shall remain the same as prescribed under Regulation 6(7) of the CBLR, 2018. Candidates qualifying the written examination shall be required to appear for the oral examination. Successful candidates will be called for an oral examination for which separate communication will be sent. The oral examination will be held during the calendar year 2025. No fresh application will be invited, and candidates who have already been selected in the final results of the CBLR Examination, 2025, shall retain their selection and are not required to appear again. 5.
