Subject: Corrigendum in respect of Case No. 77 of Minutes of Meeting No. NC/2/MEET/DEC/202425/15 dated 23.12.2024 — reg.

In respect of case No. 77 of Minutes of Meeting No. NC/2/MEET/DEC/202425/15 dated 23.12.2024; the following norms were fixed against following Advance Authorization issued to M/s AADISHAKTI METAL RECYCLING PRIVATE LIMITED:

It is observed that wastage allowed in Case no. 77 vide Meeting No. NC/2/MEET/DEC/202425/15 dated 23.12.2024 is Incorrect. In consultation with Technical expert and approval of Chairman, NC-il, it has been decided to modify the wastage norms fixed earlier with respect to above Advance Authorization as under:-

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and decided to modify the ad-hoc norms as per comments of consultant (SKB) dated 10.01.2025, as under:

NOTE: The Company has to produce a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the Customs Authorized laboratory/Supplier on the net content of lead in the imported item and Consent to Operate from MoEF &CC/CPCB/SPCB for manufacturing of pure lead ingots from the imported remelted lead blocks/ingots, to the RA concerned.

The concerned RA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
