It is hereby notified that the online written examination under Regulation 6 of the Customs Broker Licensing Regulations (CBLR), 2018, (as amended), which is a pre- requisite for obtaining a Customs Broker license, will be conducted by NACIN in the first quarter of 2026 (Tentatively) at the designated centers across India. *The CBLR, 2018 is available on the CBIC and NACIN websites – www.cbic.gov.in and www.nacin.gov.in. 2. Eligibility: Only persons who have qualified the Graduate Examination or hold an equivalent qualification as prescribed under Regulation 5(a) of the CBLR, 2018 (as amended) are eligible to appear for the examination. 3. Application Procedure: Applicants shall submit the online application through the Customs Brokers Licensing Management System (CBLMS) portal (https://cblms.gov.in) for the “F Category Exam & Licence” from 14.10.2025 to 13.11.2025 (up to 2400 hrs). Applications submitted by post or any mode other than online shall not be accepted. Applicants must carefully select the correct Policy Section corresponding to the jurisdiction where they intend to conduct business. Facilities for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: Attention is invited to the Guidelines dated 29.08.2018 issued by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, and circulated by CBIC vide letter dated 10.10.2018. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving Licence) to the examination centre.
