through the CBLMS Portal – reg. 1. Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 10/2025-26 dated 14.07.2025 regarding the introduction of newly designed Customs Passes with QR Code functionality, available through the Customs Brokers Licensing Management System (CBLMS) portal. 2. All Customs Brokers under the jurisdiction of Mundra Customs Commissionerate are directed to ensure that their employees (categories F, G and H) apply for the new QR Code enabled Customs Passes through the CBLMS portal under the modules “Issuance of Customs Pass” or “Renewal of Customs Pass”. The existing Customs Passes must be surrendered immediately upon approval of the new application in CBLMS. Issuance of the renewed pass in the system will be completed only after receipt of the old pass. 3. It is reiterated that all existing Customs Passes without QR Code functionality will be treated as invalid with effect from 31.10.2025. Therefore, all Customs Brokers who have not yet applied must complete the application process without delay. 4. The Customs Pass application and issuance process is now fully online. Importers, exporters and their employees currently holding manual non-QR Code ‘SELF’ Customs Passes are also required to upgrade to QR Code enabled Customs Passes by applying through the “Issuance of Customs Pass” module on the CBLMS portal, after surrendering their existing passes. 6.
