सावजिनक सूचना/PUBLIC NOTICE No. 26/2025 िवषय/Subject: सीमा-शुक म धन वापसी एिलकेशन और या का ऑटोमेशन Automation of Refund Application and Processing in Customs - reg. सभी आयातक%/िनयातक%/सीएचए और सभी संबंिधत% का (यान सीबीआईसी *ारा जारी प+रप, सं-या 05/2025-सीमाशुक दनांकत 17.02.2025 क/ ओर आकृ2 कया जाता है. जो सीमाशुक म धन वापसी एिलकेशन और सं5करण के ऑटोमेशन के संबंध म है। Kind attention of all the Importers/Exporters/CHAs and all concerned is invited towards the Circular No. 05/2025-Customs dated 17.02.2025 issued by CBIC regarding automation of refund application and processing in Customs. 2. धन वापसी के इले9:ॉिनक संिवतरण के िलए, सीमाशुक धन वापसी एिलकेशन क/ ऑनलाइन या और संिवतरण िवकिसत कया गया है और इसे सीमाशुक ऑटोमेशन णाली पर स=म कया गया है। For electronic disbursal of refunds, an online processing and disbursal of Customs duty refund application has been developed and is enabled on the Customs Automated System. 3 . इस संबंध म, संदभ क/ सुिवधा के िलए सीबीआईसी *ारा जारी प+रप, सं-या 05/2025- सीमाशुक दनांक 17.02.2025 संल> है िजसम धन वापसी क/ इले9:ॉिनक या से संबंिधत मुख पहलु@ पर िव5तार से काश डाला गया है। In this regard, for ease of reference Circular No. 05/2025-Customs dated 17.02.2025 issued by CBIC is attached herewith wherein key aspects relating to the electronic processing of refund have been elaborated. 4.

d, for ease of reference Circular No. 05/2025-Customs dated 17.02.2025 issued by CBIC is attached herewith wherein key aspects relating to the electronic processing of refund have been elaborated. 4. एक Bव+रत उपाय के Dप म , आवेदक 31.03.2025 तक मैEयुअल या ऑनलाइन +रफंड दािखल कर सकता है। हालाँक, 31.03.2025 के बाद कोई भी मैEयुअल धन वापसी एिलकेशन 5वीकार नहI कया जाएगा, जब तक क सीमाशुक के धान आयुJ/आयुJ *ारा िलिखत Dप म इसक/ अनुमित न दी जाए। As a transitional measure, applicant may file refund either manually or online till 31.03.2025. However, no manual refund application shall be accepted after 31.03.2025, unless the same is allowed by the Pr. Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, for the reasons to be recorded in writing.
