RATIFIED MINUTES DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE (DES­II SECTION)   MINUTES OF THE NORMS COMMITTEE­II MEETING NO. 08/81 SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON  25.05.2010 BUT ACTUALLY HELD ON 15.06.2010. The Meeting No. 08/81 of Norms Committee­II was held on 15.06.2010 for the licensing year 2010­2011 under the Chairmanship of Sh. 3. Quantities of import items at S.Nos.3, 4 & 6  may be allowed on net to net basis with accountability clause. 4. Quantity of import item at S.No.5 may be allowed as 0.128 ltrs  per Sq Mtrs of external coating area as per SION at Sl.No. C­23. 5. Quantities of import items at S.Nos.7 & 8 may be allowed as per packing policy.   R/A may take suitable consequential action accordingly.   2
