The Meeting No. 03/81 of Norms CommitteeII was held on 20.04.2010 for the licensing year 20102011 under the Chairmanship of Sh. A. KOMU, Addl. No. 03/95/40/1136/AM07 Decision : The case regarding amendment of norms in respect of above advance authorization was considered by the Norms Committee II in its M.No. 03/81 held on 20.04.2010. Based on the recommendations of the representative of DC(MSME) present in the meeting, NC decided to amend the norms, based on export quantity weight and the norms already given in case of licence No. 0310418986 dated 09.02.2007 as per following modification: 1. The description of export item may be amended as Copper Based Alloy Ingots. 2. The quantity of import item No. 1 may be amended as 21210 Kg. 3. The quantity of import item No. 2 may be amended as 1275Kg. 4. The quantity of import item No. 3 may be amended as 1275 Kg. 5. The quantity of import item No. 4 may be amended as 1275 Kg.
6. The quantity of import item No. 5 may be amended as 255 Kg. R/A may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

No. 03/95/40/958/AM09 Decision : The case regarding amendment of norms in respect of above advance authorization was considered by the Norms Committee II in its M.No. 03/81 held on 20.04.2010. Based on the recommendations of the representative of DC(MSME) present in the meeting and after taking cue from SION S.No. C1575, the Norms Committee, after deliberating upon the case, decided to ratify the norms in respect of the subject Advance Authorisation as applied for by the firm. R/A may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
