PUBLIC NOTICE No.07/2024 Subject: - Implementation of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulation (SCMTR)-reg.

ICD/ Attention of all Shipping Lines/ Shipping Agents/ Terminal Operators/ Port/ CFS/ and allCustodian/other stakeholdersTranshippers/is invitedFreight-Forwarders/towards the Board’s NVOCC/NotificationImporter/No. 57/2024-CustomsExporter/ CHA (N.T.) dated 31.08.2024 & Circular No. 12/2024-Customs vide which the transitional provisions of the SCMTR for Mundra Port have been extended from 31st August, 2024 to 30th November, 2024 on the captioned subject. 2. All eligible Importers/ Exporters and other stake holders are requested to refer the said Board’s Notification No. 57/2024-Customs (N.T.) dated 31.08.2024 & Circular No. 12/2024Customs in respect of the above-mentioned subject and comply with the mandatory compliance requirements for submission of declarations and manifests under the said regulations. 3. Any difficulties faced/experienced in implementing this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Addl/Asst. Commissioner of Customs of the MCD Section or the undersigned, if not resolved.
