The Meeting No.08/09 of Norms Committee-II was held on 23.05.2008 for the licensing year 2008-2009 under the Chairmanship of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (OPH) to consider the applications under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009.   2. Quantity of import item at S.No.2 may be allowed as 513.4 kgs after taking clue from Engineering Table 10.
  3. Quantities of import items at S.No.3 & 4 may be allowed as applied for inclusive of 5 % wastage.
  4. Quantity of import item at S.No.5 may be allowed as 53.8 Kgs.

  4. Quantities of import items at S.No.4, 5 & 6 may be allowed as 4239.2 Kgs, 2119.7 Kgs & 211.9 Kgs respectively inclusive of 5 % wastage.
