Minutes of the Norms Committee-II Meeting No. 52/08 held on 25.03.2008.
The Meeting No.52/08 of Norms Committee-II was held on 25.03.2008 for the licensing year 2007-2008 under the Chairmanship of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade (OPH) to consider the applications under Duty Exemption Scheme (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. After deliberating upon the case the committee decided to call for a copy of the application to review the action taken by RA. The case stands deferred and to be relisted on 13.05.2008.

The Norms Committee, after deliberating upon the case, decided to amend above SIONs as per written comments of DHI dated 25.03.2008. Accordingly, a Public Notice in the matter may be published.
