Subject: Appointment of Nodal Officer for facilitating the Custom Clearance at Mundra Port - reg. .

Attention of Importers, Exporters, Custom Brokers, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators, Shipping Lines/ Shipping Agents, CFSs and all other stakeholders is invited to the above cited subject. | 2. In view of concerns received on clearances in the following days including Public Holidays, | to facilitate the Custom Clearance at Mundra Port, it has been decided that TSK Section & MCD | Section will remain open on 12.08.2023, 13.08.2023 & 15.08.2023 for regular work. Further, | “othe Commissioner of Customs has appointed Shri Thavanam Dass, Assistant Commissioner | (AG), as Nodal Officer for all issues related to Custom Clearance from 12.08.2023 to 18.08.2023. 3. This Publice Notice shall come into force with immediate effect and any difficulty in the — | implementation of the above-said directions may be communicated to the Nodal Officer mentioned above at mail id thavanamd.g099301@gov.in and on his contact no. 9848088928. 4.
