Subject:- Examination of ‘G’ Card of Customs Brokers’ employees, under Regulation

13(5) of Customs Broker Licensing Regulations, 2018- Reg. All Customs Brokers working in the jurisdiction of Mundra Customs Commissionerate are hereby informed that it is proposed to held an examination on 11.02.2023 for Category ‘G’ examination under Regulation 13(5) of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 and valid ‘H’ card holders licensed/ registered in Mundra Customs. The H card should have been issued on or before 25.12.2022 to be eligible to appear in the aforesaid Examination. 2. The Category ‘G’ examination shall include a written examination. Each applicant may avail a maximum of four chances/attempts to qualify in the written examination. Non-appearance in any written examination after registration will not be counted as a chance/attempt. 3. Desirous Candidate meeting the eligibility criteria may apply in the prescribed Form annexed to this Public Notice available on the Mundra Customs Official Website: https://mundracustoms.gov.in/ and the Notice Board of the Customs House, Mundra. The Application Form (Annexure ‘A’), Admission Card (Annexure ‘B’) and Syllabus for Examination (Annexure ‘C’) can be downloaded from the website. No physical form will be issued from the Commissionerate. Application along with the admission card duly filled should be accompanied by the following documents: a) Copy of the applicant’s valid ‘H’ card, dully attested by the Customs Broker.

Before submitting the application, applicant must ensure the completeness of the application as applications which are incomplete or not affixed with self-attested photograph or received after the stipulated expiry date and time, shall be rejected without any Notice or deficiency Memo to the applicant.
