Case History: This case was rejected by NC in its Meeting No. 15/80-ALC2/2017 dated24.10.2017 due to non-submission of reply deficiency raised by MSME (Chemical) vide OM No. TL-12024/28/2016-GC and F-DCMSME-19 dated 11.04.2017.

The firm vide representation dated 03.08.2021 has furnished the copy of applications along with technical information and requested to reconsidered their cases and fix the norms in respect of above advance authorization.

Decision: The Committee reconsidered the case as per the agenda and noted that hard copy of the representation was sent to Consultant (Tech-1) on 31.08.2021 for examination & comments. As per written comments of Consultant (Tech-1), the Committee decided to fix the ad-hoc norms as under:

1. Quantity of import items at SI. No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 may be allowed with as applied for with 1.02 Kgs/Kg net content in export for cach item separately.

2. Quantity of import item at SI. No. 5 may be allowed with as Net + 1% wastage. 3. The words “LLDPE based” may be added in the description of import item at SL. No. 3.

RA concerned may take further necessary action as per the decision of NC.
