Meeting No. 09/20 Part 2 (Manual) of the Norms Committee (NC-I) for the licensing year 20192020 held on 28.08.2019 under the Chairmanship of Sh. R.P. Goyal, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications under Duty Exemption/Remission Schemes (Chapter-4) of the applicable Foreign Trade Policy and the Handbook of Procedures. 2. Wherever the Committee has fixed norms, the RAs should allow inputs as per wastage norms approved or as applied whichever is less.

**Decision:**The Committee noted that in its Meeting 06/80 dated 03.07.2019 it was decided to place the facts before
the PIC for taking further course of action. Minutes of PIC Meeting dt 13.08.2019 were made available to the
Committee members. The PIC has decided the following:
i.<br>RA Pune to make an amendment in the description of the export product of AA No. 3110054139 dated:
09.05.2012 of M/s Kirloskar Pneumatic Co. Ltd. in line with the decision of EPCG Committee Meeting
dated 13.07.2015.
ii.<br>Norms Committee should go ahead with fixation of norms as the items have not been supplied as such.
After taking into consideration decision of the PIC, Norms Committee again considered the case and as per the
inputs given by the technical authorities present in the meeting, decided to ratify the norms with following
amendments:
a) Description of export item is amended asAmmonia Refrigeration Plantwith FOB value of Rs. 30.5
Crore against the Export Obligation of Rs 7.46 Crore.
b) Import items at Sl. No. 2 and 4are deleted, since they arespare partswhich have been supplied as such.
CIF value be reduced accordingly
c) Import of item no. 1 & 3 is allowed on net to net basis with accountability clause.
RA concerned maytake suitable consequential action accordingly.

2. For Sl. No. 2 will be 0.88Kg/65Pcs.
3. For Sl. No. 3 will be 0.78Kg/81Pcs.
4. For Sl. No. 4 will be 0.87 Kg/81Pcs.
5. For Sl. No. 5 will be 0.77 Kg/81Pcs.

22.06.2015 as raised by C & PC for examination of the case.
