Subject: Implementation of 24*7 working hour in RMS facilitation Centre — reg.

Kind attention of importers, Exporters, Custom Broker, the Trade, Port Terminal Operator, Shipping Lines /Shipping Agents, CFSs and all other stakeholder is invited to various other decisions communicated through other Public Notices or minutes of PTFCS from time to time for smooth clearing of consignments and to reduce dwell time of import.

2. Asa measure of trade facilitation and ‘Ease of Doing Business’, a dedicated “RMS Facilitation Centre” has already been created in Room No. 10, Ground Floor, PUB Building, Mundra Port.

3. In order to further facilitate the trade and reduce the dwell time, working hours of the RMS Facility Centre are increased from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Also, from 10:00 PM to next morning 08:00 AM, there will be officer available for attending CCV related work. Thus, the RMS facility is hereby made 24X7. 4. This facility notice shall come into force with effect from 28.10.2021. In case of any difficulty, the specific issue may be brought to the notice of Additional Commissioner/Joint Commissioner in charge of ‘RMS Facilitation Centre’ for remedial action. undersigned5.
