01 M/s.  Aseem  Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indore   HQ F.No.01/81/50/350/AM08/DES.I Lic.No. & Date Meeting No. 01/11  RA.F.No.11/24/040/00035/AM08 1110016168 dt.11.10.2007 Date: 06.04.2010 Ratification of  norms The case regarding revision of norms in respect of above authorization was considered by the Norms Committee (NC­I) in its Meeting No. 01/11 held on 13.04.2010 as per agenda. The representative of the DIPP present in the meeting recommended the revised norms on repeat basis as per Advance Authorization No.1110017303 dated 30.05.2008 ratified in NC Meeting No.28/10 dated 13.10.2009. The Committee, after deliberating upon the case, decided to revise the norms in respect of the subject advance authorization with following modifications:­   1. Export weight may be modified as  “44.04 MT containing 42.5 MT of Copper”. 2. Quantity of import item may be allowed as 46.75 MT  inclusive of 10 %  wastage  inclusive  after taking 50% recovery.

02 M/s.  DEE  Development Engineers Pvt. LTd.,   HQ F.No.01/80/50/00114/AM10/DES.I Lic.No. & Date Meeting No. 01/11  RA.F.No.05/24/040/00107/AM10 0510242106 dt.25.05.2009 Date: 06.04.2010 Ratification of  norms The case regarding deletion of condition of mentioning quantity in mtrs./ nos. in the norms in respect of above authorization was considered by the Norms Committee (NC­I) in its Meeting No. 01/11 held on 13.04.2010 as per agenda. The representative of the DIPP present in the meeting recommended the modified norms as per the decision  taken  Advance  Authorization  No.0510242143  dated  25.05.2009  in  NC  Meeting  No.47/10  dated 23.02.2010.  The  Committee,  after  deliberating  upon  the  case,  decided  to  ratify  the  norms  in  respect  of  the subject advance authorization with following modifications:­   1. Net weight of export product may be modified as 143 MT containing 86.68 MT of imported inputs. 2. Word “relevant” may be prefixed with the description of import item at S.No.1 and its quantity may be allowed as 31.52 MT. inclusive of 2% wastage.

3. Weight of 43.12 MT and 14 Kgs may be specified with the quantities  of import items at S.No.2 & 4  respectively and the same may be allowed on net to net basis. 4. Quantity of import item at S.No.3 may be allowed as 6.954 MT on net to net basis. 5. Quantity of import item at S.No.5 may be allowed as 1.13 MT. 6. Quantity of import item at S.No.6 may be allowed equal to quantity of Welding Wire at S.No. 5 of import item. 7. Import of components may be allowed with accountability clause.
