Subject: Sea Cargo Manifest Transhipment Regulation 2018 (SCMTR) Registration.

Kind attention of Custodian, Terminal Operator, Shipping Lines/Shipping Agents, importers, exporters, Custom Brokers, the trade and all other stakeholders is invited to Public Notice No. 02/2020 dated 22.01.2020 regarding ICES Advisory No. 01/2020 (SCMTR) dated 13.01.2020 Registration and Application Process for all the stakeholders. 2 The Director General of System through Advisories and FAQs has from time to time been clarifying various aspects (including registration) of Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulation (SCMTR) related messages required to be filed in system by various. stakeholders. However, it transpires that while same stakeholders have registered successfully on SCMTR, many are yet to do it.

3, In this regard, it is impressed upon all the stakeholders to get themselves registered with SCMTR on priority basis. The timelines for different stakeholders is attached here as Annexure-A.

4. Difficulty, if any being faces, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned through email at commr-cusmundra@nic.in.

5. The Public Notice should also be considered as Standing Order for the Officers and staff of the department.

6. MCD Cell is set up as Help Desk for assisting the stakeholders in registration and filing of various manifests. The contact detail is as Phone no. - 02838-271170
