Kind attention of all the stakeholders and trade under the jurisdiction of Customs House, Mundra is invited to the above subject and relevant Advisory No. 45/2020 dated 08.12.2020. issued by Deputy Director, CBIC, New Delhi and Board Circular 51/2020 dated 20.11.2020 (copy enclosed).

2. All eligible stake holders and trade are requested to go through the said Advisory No. 45/2020 dated 08.12.2020 in respect of the above mentioned subject and avail the exemption provided therein and follow the procedure so as to comply with the provisions mentioned therein.
