Spare Parts for the CG and this CG and its Spare Parts are being supplied as it is aŌer puƫng on the base frame etc. AŌer considering these facts, NC decided that as per Para 4.1.3.1 of FTP, an Advance AuthorizaƟon is issued to allow duty free import of raw material, components etc. for manufacture of the export product. In this case, the firm is imporƟng CG and CG cannot be allowed to be imported under Advance AuthorizaƟon scheme and basically for supplying the same. In this case, it is seen that the applicant is imporƟng basically CG like Screw Compressor and its Spare Parts, supplying the same to M/s. Indian SyntheƟc Rubber Limited against their EPCG Licence. In view of this, the CommiƩee decided to reject this request for fixaƟon of norms. RLA may take necessary acƟon accordingly. 17
