Item No. 2 – Runner blade casting – As applied for, its weight of 96 MT to be incorporated in the licence. 3. Item No.3 – To be allowed as per spares policy. (It is spares for item No.2). 4. Item No.7 – To be deleted as it is not a component. 5. Item No. 4 to 16 – These are components. May be allowed under GN4. 6. Item No.17 – Steel Plates – the word “Non Alloy” to be prefixed to the description of import. Allowed 1302 MT with 27% wastage and 1/3rd recovery.
