Subject: Rectification of SBOO1 error in IGST Refund cases. NEEM AtION Of SHUU1 error in IGST Refund cases.

All the Exporters, Custom Brokers and other members of the Trade are hereby informed that IGST refund of 5059 Shipping Bills of Custom House, Mundra are pending due to SBOO1 Error (Invalid shipping bills) at Custom House, Mundra as on 10.07.2020. oe The above SBOO1 Error may occur due to a mismatch of details of Shipping bill furnished in GSTR-1/6A and the Shipping Bill No. with Customs ICES system. The possible reason for such mismatch could be a clerical error made by the exporter at the time of filling of GSTR-1/6A, which can be rectified by making amendments in GSTR-1 by using Form 9A in exporter’s login at the GST Common Portal. A comprehensive list of Shipping bills with SBOO1 error is available on the Mundra Customs website (www.http:mundracustoms.gov.in). 3. All the exporters are requested to go through the said list and follow the above instruction to rectify the errors latest by 20.07.2020 for speedy disposal of IGST Refund. 4.
