PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 12/2020-21

Subject: Account updation in PFMS portal

All the Exporters, Custom Brokers and other members of the Trade are hereby informed that IGST refund of 3478 shipping bills are pending due PFMS error at Custom House, Mundra as on 30.06.2020 .

ee A comprehensive list of pending Shipping Bills due to PFMS error is available on the Mundra Customs website (www.http://mundracustoms.gov.in). The said pendency is pre-dominantly for want of compliance of the queries from the exporters viz. mismatch of Bank Account Number/ IFSC/ AD Code. Thus the Exporters are advised to go through the said list and update the same through EDI Section, Custom House, Mundra. Oe All the exporters, as mentioned in the aforesaid lists, are requested to submit the following documents with request letter addressed to Deputy Commissioner (EDI), Custom House, Mundra having email id (edimundra@gmail.com) latest by 15.07.2020 for the updation of PFMS account.

(i) A request letter with bank account details on exporter letter head.

(ii) Letter issued by your banker containing all details of bank account.

(ili) Copy of cancelled Cheque.

(iv) Authority letter if documents submitted by CHA or other person.

4. The exporters, Custom Brokers and other members of the Trade are requested to take note of the above for immediate compliance. SJ Difficulties faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned.
