The Committee observed that firm has failed to represent against NC decisions with full justification within the time limit of 4 months from the date of communication of NC decision as stipulated in para 4.7.5 of Handbook of Procedures Vol.I. The Committee accordingly decided to maintain its earlier decision in all these cases. The Regional Authority may take necessary action accordingly.
