All the exporters, Custom Brokers, Shipping Agents and other members of the Trade are hereby informed that as on 09.07.2020, total 22073 Nos. of Shipping Bills of Customs House Mundra are pending in DBK QRY to be finalized for want of replies/Correction/ rectifications. - A comprehensive list of Shipping Bills is available on the Mundra Customs website viz. mundracustoms.gov.in. The said pendency is pre-dominantly for want of compliance of queries/ error rectification from the exporters. a All the exporters, as mentioned in the aforesaid lists are requested to submit their replies for the queries immediately and in no case later than 20.07.2020. It may please be noted that in case no reply/correction/rectification is received for the query by 20.07.2020, the pending drawback claims will be processed by the Proper Officers on the basis of available documents/facts, by following normal procedures. 4. The exporters, Custom Brokers, Shipping Agents and other members of the Trade are requested to take note of the above for immediate compliance and also give wide publicity to the same for compliance.
