ADDENDUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE NO.01/2020 & 03/2020

Subject: Terminal Handling Charges levied by Terminal Operators-reg.

Attention of all the Importers, Exporters, Custodians, Shipping Lines/Agents, Terminal Operators, Custom Brokers, General Trade coming under the jurisdiction of Custom House, Mundra and all other stakeholders is invited to Public Notice No. 01/2020 and 03/2020 dated 17.01.2020 and 28.01.2020 respectively issued by the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra regarding the above subject.

Ze In this regard, after Para 3 of the above Public Notices , the following shall be inserted:

“ 3(a). All terminals/ports are requested to implement aforesaid Public Notice positively by 5‘ of February,2020.

3(b). In case of any query, following nodal officers of respective port terminals may be contacted:-
