  504, Udyog Bhavan, Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi – 110011   Dated 09.07.2013   Corrigendum to EPCG Committee Minutes dated 15.05.2013             The Minutes recorded against item No. 32 in respect of EPCG Authorization No. 0930000326 dated 02.05.2002 pertaining to the firm M/s Merritronix Private Limited, Hyderabad is corrected to be read as follows: “The Committee observed that there is shortfall in Average EO in the years 2003­04, 2004­05, 2005­06, 2007­08 and 2008­09.  However, during the remaining years they have not only fulfilled the shortfall in Average EO for these years but also made excess exports for fulfilment of entire EO (Average EO + specific EO).  The Committee, therefore, recommended to DG for relaxation under Para 2.5 of FTP for condonation of shortfall in Average EO for the years 2003­04, 2004­05, 2005­06, 2007­08 and 2008­09 which was fulfilled in remaining blocks and block­wise condonation of shortfall in specific EO.  However, for shortfall in specific EO, the firm will be required to pay composition fee of 2% on duty saved amount in proportion to the shortfall at the end of each block in terms of the provisions of Para 5.8.3 of HBP v1.”   DG has approved the case.”   2.         This has the approval of Director General of Foreign Trade.   (D. V. S. P. Varma) Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade Tel. No. +91 11 2306 1562 / Ext. 380 Email: dvsp.varma@nic.in
