registration  of    vehicle  from commercial  vehicle  to  private vehicle  subject  to  condition  that the sale of  vehicle is not  allowed till 5 years from date of import.   3.  KLRF  Textiles Limited, Tiruneveli 2154243  dt. 17.01.2000 N.A. Textile Machinery The  Committee  considered  the case  as  per  Agenda.  The Committee  noted  that    the  firm does not require extension in EOP. It  was  also  noted  that  there  is  a clear  provision  for  inclusion  of alternate product for fulfillment of EO.  However,  the  representative of DoR pointed out that the firm has stated that the licence number and date is not mentioned in the Shipping Bill of third Party. It was informed  that  such  export  is regulated subject to furnishing of documents  as  contained  in Circular  No.  7  dated  11.7.2002.  The Committee, therefore decided to call for a report from RA. 4.  M/s  Shri  Shakti LPG  Limited, Hyderabad   01500526

The  Committee  noted    that  the Capital goods were confiscated by the  Customs  while  lying  in  the premises  of  the  sister  concern.  It was  also  noted  that  the  Capital goods  were  released  without imposing  any  penalty.    The Committee  also  referred  to  Para 2.42.1  of  FTP  which  stipulates that  stocks  for  manufacturing activity will not be seized.  DOR representative however stated that as  per  Customs  Notification extension can be allowed only for two  years.      Considering  these facts,  the  Committee  allowed extension in EOP for 3 years and 9

months, that is,  a period equal to the  period  of  seizure  of  CG  by Customs,  for  completion  of balance export obligation.  5.                   M/S Cactus Imaging India (P)Ltd. 01/36/218/15/ AM07/EPCG­I 0400001206 Dt18.10/2000 Blue Board Large  format  digital imaging  solutions  using scanning,  proofing, Digital  printing  and finishing. The  Committee  considered  the case on the basis of the request of the firm contained in letter dated 27th  July,  2010  and  as  per  the agenda. The Committee observed that the EOP is still valid the firm is  willing  to  fulfil  the  export obligation  during  the  remaining
