product manufactured or services(s)  provided  by their Group Company, if any.   However,  if  the  firm  is still unable to fulfil the mandated  export obligation, the firm may regularize the licence by payment  of  Customs Duty  in  proportion  to unfulfilled  export obligation together with applicable interest.        2. M/s  Shri  Shakti LPG  Ltd., Hyderabad. 01500526 dt. 03.10.1996 Do LPG Cylinders Extension  in EOP The  Committee  noted that the initial EOP was from  1996  till  2001.  During  this  period  the firm  made  no  exports.  The  EOP  was  extended upto  02.10.2008  under BIFR provisions.  During the  extended  period  the firm made exports of Rs. 1,41,41,463 (US$404388.44  at conversion  rate  of 34.97/USD) out of  US$ 4759573  (approx 11.78%).    Considering the  firm’s  poor  export performance,  the Committee feels that the progress  of  EO fulfillment is too low to merit  EOP  extension beyond  12  years,  hence the request is rejected.    3.   M/s  Nextgen Communications 2133282 dt. 16.06.1994 Do Software Extension  in EOP  under The  Committee  noted that  the  firm  had
