C­/03 M/s Mahindra Ford India Ltd., Chengalpattu 01/36/22/16/AM­98/EPCG­II The Committee considered the case as per agenda.  The representatives of the firm have come before the Committee and explained their case, but the Committee decided not to entertain the request of the firm  in  view  of  the  letter  received  from  the  Central  Excise,  informing  this  office about the proceedings initiated against the firm.          C­/04 M/s Triveni Sheet Glass Works Ltd., Allahabad 18/561/AM04/EPCG­II The  Committee  considered  the  case  as  per  agenda.    It  was  decided  to  advise  RLA  to  ask  for  CA certificate from the firm regarding export performance of Figured and Float Glass during past 3 years before issuance of licence and the matter regarding refixation of average of the same export products may be examined on file as per relevant policy provisions.         C­/05 M/s Indian Aluminium Co. Ltd.,

Name of the firm Licence number C­II/17 03/AM07 28.6.2006 M/s Nadi Airtechnics Limited, Chennai F.No.20/867/93/EPCG­IV 2130443 dated. 22.4.1993   The  case  was  considered  as  per  agenda.  The  firm  had  requested  for  extension  in  EO period  upto  31.3.2003  for  regularization  purpose.  After  detailed  discussion,  Committee decided to examine this case on file.
