Minutes of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC)Meeting No.5/AM08 held on 26th September, 2007 for import of Hydrogenated Vegetable oils (Vanaspati), Bakery Shortening.Margarine for 2007­2008 under Indo­Sri Lanka Free Trade  Agreement (FTA)                       An  EFC  Meeting  was  held  on  30th  October,  2007  to  consider  applications  of  Indian  importers  for  import  of Vanaspati/Bakery  Shortening  /Margarine  for  3rd  quarter  of  2007­2008  under  Indo­Sri  Lanka  Free  Trade  Agreement  under Chairmanship of Shri S.K. Prasad, Additional Director General, and Foreign Trade.   2. Following officials attended the meeting.             1.       Shri Rajeev Kumar, Director, DoC 2.       Shri.O.P. Hisaria, Joint DGFT 3.       Shri S.K. Wadhwa, Dy. Director, DVVO&F 4.       Shyam Sunder, Dy. DGFT           5.       Shri.Sunil Kumar, SO, M/o Agriculture   3.       After discussion the committee decided to allocate Indian importers vanaspati as per details given below:­ Minutes for Exim Facilitation Committee  Meeting to Consider application for issue of import licence for Import of Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils (Vanaspati), Bakery Shortening, Margarine for the year 2007­08   Vanaspati   Sl.
