Minutes of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) meeting No. 03/AM24 dated 28.06.2023 for Import of Restricted Items Meeting No. 03/AM24 of Exim Facilitation Committee (EFC) was held on 28.06.2023 at 3.00 PM in Room No.13, Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi under the chairmanship of Shri SBS Reddy, Additional Director General of Foreign Trade to consider the applications for import of restricted items. 2. The following members attended the meeting: (i) Shri Jai Pal, Joint DGFT, DGFT (ii) Shri Md. MoinAfaque, Dy. DGFT, DGFT (iii) Dr. Satyender Kumar, DIC, DRDO (iv) Shri Gaurav Kumar, DIC, DRDO (v) Shri Vinod Kumar, ACF(SU), SU Division, MoEF&CC (vi) Ms. Gunjan Arora, Consultant, SU Division, MoEF&CC (vii) Shri PrasenjeetNavgire, Technical Expert (CITES), Wildlife Division, MoEF&CC (viii) Sbri O.P. Sharma, Consultant (Technical), D/o C&PC (ix) Shri Rakesh Yadav, Engineer, DoT (x) Dr. Puneet Ranjan, Livestock Officer, DAFID 3. Total number of cases considered in the meeting was 364. The committee decided that as in the past, all NOC/documents received/conveyed by the concerned committee members will be incorporated in the minutes as and when uploaded. Accordingly, 118 cases have been approved, 17 cases have been rejected, 6 cases have been closed and 223 cases have been deferred. Where two or more technical authorities have recommended different quantities, the lower quantity has been approved by the Committee. 4.
